How Schengen.pk handles your personal information. Effective 28 October 2026.
Who we are
Schengen.pk is an independent visa assistance service for applicants in Pakistan. “We” and “us” in this policy mean Schengen.pk. You can reach us about privacy through our contact page.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you type into our form or send on WhatsApp: name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email, destination, travel date, city, applicant profile and any note you add.
- Case documents — only if you decide to work with us, and only those needed for your application, shared over a channel we agree with you. We never ask for documents on first contact.
- Usage data — if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 records anonymous page views and events such as clicks on the WhatsApp button and form submissions. It does not receive the content of your enquiry.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the assistance you asked for.
- To improve our guides and understand which pages help people.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run this website and our communications (hosting on Cloudflare, WhatsApp, email, and the system where we keep enquiries).
- Embassies or application centres only when you submit your own application to them — we do not submit data to them without your instruction.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a case are deleted within 12 months. Case documents are deleted or returned within 6 months after your application is decided, unless you ask us to keep them for a future application or the law requires longer.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
This website is served only over HTTPS. The enquiry form does not store anything on the website itself. Please do not send passport, CNIC or bank documents through the enquiry form or before we have agreed how to share them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
