Terms of Service
The terms on which Schengen.pk provides its services. Effective 28 October 2026.
1. Our service
Schengen.pk provides independent advice and document preparation support for Schengen short-stay visa applications. The exact scope, fee and timeline of your case are set out in the written quote you accept.
2. We are not an embassy or visa centre
We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, government, the European Union, or any authorised visa application centre (including VFS Global, TLScontact and Intiana / BLS International). Visa decisions are made solely by the consulate concerned.
3. No guarantee
We do not and cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued, how long processing will take, or that an appointment will be available. Our fee is for our work, not for an outcome.
4. Your responsibilities
- Everything you provide must be true, complete and genuine. You remain responsible for your application and its contents.
- You attend your appointment and biometrics in person and pay embassy and centre fees directly to them.
- You tell us promptly about any change in your circumstances or travel plans, and about any previous visa refusals.
We will stop working on a case if we believe documents are not genuine or information is being withheld from the consulate.
5. Information on this website
Our guides are checked against official sources on the dates shown, but rules, fees and procedures change. The embassy’s or application centre’s official information always takes precedence. The guides are general information, not advice for your individual case.
6. Fees and refunds
Our fees are payable as set out in your written quote. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Embassy, centre, insurance and booking costs are paid to those parties and are subject to their own terms.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that case. We are not liable for decisions of consulates or the actions of application centres, airlines, hotels or insurers.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
