When our service fee can be refunded. Effective 28 October 2026.
Fees we never collect
The Schengen visa fee and the application centre’s charges are paid by you directly to the embassy or centre. We do not collect them, so we cannot refund them. The visa fee itself is not refunded by embassies if a visa is refused.
Our service fee
- Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work on your case, we refund our fee in full.
- After work has started: we refund the part of the fee for work not yet done, as described in your written quote.
- After your file is complete or submitted: the fee is not refundable, because the work has been delivered.
- Visa refusal: a refusal is not in itself grounds for a refund, because no one can guarantee a visa — but we will go through the refusal reasons with you at no extra cost.
- If we cannot provide the service we agreed, for reasons on our side, we refund the fee for the undelivered work in full.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the contact page or the channel you use for your case, with your name and case details. We reply within 7 days and pay approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
